Get Smart

For the third year in a row, I’m attending the BRITE conference, produced by the Center on Global Brand Leadership at Columbia Business School. If marketing is part of your job, you should attend, too. Why? There are some mighty fine presenters, most of whom will make you think. But far more important, it’s a high-quality and commercial-free venue to rub elbows and share ideas with marketing peers across many different industries. Discussions tend to be strategic versus technical, and lure diverse backgrounds and points of view. It’s brain food, and here’s the agenda.

As you can see by the accompanying image, you can save 15% off the cost of regular admission by clicking on the link and entering “briteblog09” when prompted during online registration.

In case you’re wondering: I’ve been a BRITE presenter and guest blogger in the past. I’m attending as a guest blogger this year, and agreed to share this promo to drive interest among my community network. If I didn’t believe in it, I wouldn’t endorse it.

Hope to see you there.
