Sick Kids and H1N1 Vaccines

We just posted our second Cast of Dads podcast. Our first one was good, but we’re developing a rhythm and our show is getting better. That means even more humorous fathering tales, parenting strategies, technology reviews and news you can use. And there’s no lack of authentic parenting goodness: my one-year-old daughter Celeste got car sick and puked all over the back seat of our Subaru, three minutes before our scheduled recording. Hence, our first discussion topic was sick kids and puking.

  1. Two things we should all remember in order to avoid H1N1 contamination: Frequent hand-washing (well highlighted in all official communications),self storage and “Hands-off-the-face” approach. Resist all temptations to touch any part of face (unless you want to eat, bathe or slap).
