The litigious and arrogant New York advertising agency, Warren Kremer Paino Advertising, which sued the Maine blogger for exercising free speech, has done far more than drop its case: it has folded, says MediaPost.
UPDATE/CLARIFICATION:
I should’ve read more carefully beyond the sensational MediaPost headline, "Puzzling Lawsuit Brings Down Agency," which I linked to above. From what I can tell, Warren Kremer Paino hasn’t folded — as in closed its shutters. It only folded — as in withdrew its lawsuit. I already posted on this days ago. I even called the agency’s main number and listened to its recorded greeting, which suggests it’s still is open for business.
