Word-Of-Mouth Infusion at WOMMA

December 10, 2006 · View Comments

I’m at the Word of Mouth Marketing Association’s annual research symposium and general conference this week. I’ll be on the brand monitoring panel on Monday, and pinch-hitting for my CEO, Jonathan Carson, for the consumer insights panel.

I’m most interested in the metrics, but ethics is WOMMA’s most important topic this year. Of course, ethics was the motivation for my last post and MediaPost column.

Let me know if you’ll be at the conference, or around Washington, D.C.
