BTW, Excellent observation on how unprepared Delta was in regards to this whole episode... you'd think there would be "best practices" or even a designated area for people to go to after such an event. I am not an expert at running an airline, but there is definitely a lesson to be learned here for the airline industry. At least the pilots are well trained :-) Glad you are alive… can’t wait to hear about it in person!
