Point one speaks to aiming to work on higher plain, by developing brand visions based on common human truths that help improve the world in some way.   Brands, corporations and agencies can make a difference.  

In this new world it is ever more important to demonstrate simple human characteristics when trying to engage people, e.g  demonstrating politeness, modesty, getting the right balance between listening and talking, having a purpose outside of just flogging products and not trying to pull wool over peoples eyes.</description>
